1. Strictly NO Refunds:

• Due to the intimate and personal nature of our products, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances once the order is shipped or delivered.
• Please read the product description, size, and details carefully before placing your order.

2. 7-Day Replacement Policy:

• We offer a 7-Day Replacement Guarantee ONLY if you receive a damaged, broken, or completely wrong product.
• You must inform us within 7 days of delivery. To claim a replacement, an unboxing video is highly recommended as proof.
• If the product is perfectly fine and working, we will not replace it just because you changed your mind or did not like it.
• Returns: We offer a 7 Days RETURN POLICY, if you decide not to keep your order for any reason. Simply put, DO NOT OPEN THE PRODUCT PACKAGE, and we will take it back as long as you inform us within 7 days of delivery. Due to the specialized nature of the product if the hygiene seal or wrapper is altered/removed/tampered, the product cannot be returned. And yes there will be restocking fees, which goes towards the cost of two way shipping, and other admin expenses.

• हमारे प्रोडक्ट्स की पर्सनल प्रकृति के कारण, एक बार आर्डर भेजे जाने या डिलीवर होने के बाद हम किसी भी स्थिति में पैसे वापस (Refund) नहीं करते हैं।
• कृपया आर्डर करने से पहले प्रोडक्ट की पूरी जानकारी, साइज और डिस्क्रिप्शन ध्यान से पढ़ लें।

2. सिर्फ 7-दिन की रिप्लेसमेंट:

• हम 7 दिन की रिप्लेसमेंट गारंटी केवल तभी देते हैं जब आपको कोई टूटा हुआ, खराब या गलत प्रोडक्ट मिलता है।
• आपको डिलीवरी के 7 दिनों के अंदर हमें सूचित करना होगा। रिप्लेसमेंट के लिए पार्सल खोलते समय का अनबॉक्सिंग वीडियो (Unboxing Video) होना बहुत जरुरी है।
• अगर प्रोडक्ट बिल्कुल सही काम कर रहा है, तो सिर्फ इसलिए कि आपका मन बदल गया है, हम उसे वापस या रिप्लेस नहीं करेंगे।

• অর্ডার করার আগে দয়া করে পণ্যের বিবরণ, সাইজ এবং বিস্তারিত তথ্য মনোযোগ সহকারে পড়ে নিন।

২. শুধুমাত্র ৭-দিনের রিপ্লেসমেন্ট:

• আপনি যদি কোনো ভাঙা, ত্রুটিপূর্ণ বা সম্পূর্ণ ভুল পণ্য পান, তবেই আমরা ৭ দিনের রিপ্লেসমেন্ট গ্যারান্টি দিই।
• আপনাকে ডেলিভারির ৭ দিনের মধ্যে আমাদের জানাতে হবে। রিপ্লেসমেন্ট দাবি করার জন্য পার্সেল খোলার একটি আনবক্সিং ভিডিও (Unboxing Video) প্রমাণ হিসেবে থাকা অত্যন্ত জরুরি।
• পণ্য যদি একদম ঠিক থাকে, তবে শুধুমাত্র আপনার মত পরিবর্তনের কারণে আমরা তা ফেরত বা রিপ্লেস করব না।

7 Days Return/Exchange Policy We offer a 7 days Return Period to return any products purchased on Raju online service subject to the following terms & conditions: If for any reasons you are unsatisfied with your order after it arrives, do not like how it looks or have any other concerns, No Problem. You can return it or exchange for something else you like. Just make sure you read the below and simply put, please DO NOT open the seal or the package of the product. #1 DO NOT OPEN THE PRODUCT PACKAGE. If the product is opened or the seal is broken, we are UNABLE TO ACCEPT the return. Why: Adult products are a specialty commodity used in and for the intimate parts of our body, and because of that reason they have to have a hygiene seal and always be untouched. Once opened, the hygiene seal is invalidated and the product can no longer be sold to a new user. For this reason, and due to the complexity of imports of these products in India, we cannot accept a return if the product package is opened or tampered with or the hygiene seal is altered. There are NO exceptions offered to this CONDITION. #2 SUBMIT the return request immediately, latest within 7 days* of the delivery. *7 days period starts from the day order was delivered, being day 1, and ends at 11.59pm on the 7th calendar day from the delivery date. #4 EXCHANGE: In instance you are only looking to exchange the products, you will be responsible for the price difference and two way Rs350 shipping costs. In case the new product is lessor value, you will get a store credit for the difference. #5 Dead on Arrival: If the product you received is unfortunately not working, defective or dead on arrival, you have to notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Preserve everything you got in the order, the box, the product packaging, any accessories as is. All these may be needed to be captured in a video to file a claim with our vendors/manufacturers. Continue with the process of filling the Return Request below. T&C: If upon collecting such faulty product, our warehouse team found it to be functional and working fine, we will have to ship it back to you after collecting re-shipping fees of Rs350 to cover for the two way shipping costs. T&C: Any DOA (dead on arrival) claims not filed within 24 hours are NOT covered by our 15 days limited warranty policy.
